Representatives from local governments, education institutions and nonprofit organizations across the region attended the annual Greater Kansas City Workforce and Education Summit, held Dec. 7 at the Kansas City Public Library’s Central Branch. 

Hosted by county and municipal leaders from around the Kansas City region, approximately 3,200 young people from more than 50 metro-area high schools and middle schools attended the fifth Public Service Career Expo at Bartle Hall in Kansas City, Missouri.
