Grant Writing USA Courses

GTI partners with Grant Writing USA to bring their nationally recognized training to Kansas City. Their programs dramatically enhance performance in the areas of grant writing, grant management, and grant maker research. They have coached, trained, and consulted for nearly 40,000 top-rank organizations and more than 100,000 people including those from city, county, and state governments and nonprofit organizations.

Available classes

In both workshops, beginners will learn what they need to be successful. Experienced attendees will gain new insights, sharpen skills, affirm their knowledge and value, and leave with a sense of renewed confidence in their abilities and mission.

Grant Writing Workshop

The Grant Writing Workshop covers how to write grant proposals from start to finish and how to locate and track relevant grant opportunities. Federal, state, local and non-governmental, private sector grants are covered. You'll learn everything you need to know to get started writing grants.

Grant Management Workshop

The Grant Management workshop is for grant recipient organizations across all disciplines. As such, in this class you'll learn how to manage your federal, state or local government grants in accordance with laws and mandatory compliance guidelines.
