The Early Learning Program Profile is a regional quality initiative for center-based and family childcare homes. It allows participants to self-assess on six measures of structural quality:

  • Family engagement
  • Curriculum
  • Child screening and assessment
  • Social emotional and behavior guidance
  • Financial and administrative leadership
  • Staff and administrative professional development

Participants also receive CLASS observations, a director consultation to improve ratings and a mini-grant to assist with making changes, as funding allows.

Please complete an interest form to participate in the ELPP.
