The Mid-America Regional Council Emergency Rescue Committee, commonly known as MARCER, promotes regional coordination and cooperation in emergency pre-hospital care for metropolitan Kansas City.

Quarterly meeting for the Public Safety Communication Users committee. 

All PSAP personnel are encouraged to attend and participate in committee activities.

The MARRS Technical and User Committees provides a forum for all agencies using the regional system to discuss concerns and operational issues, identify training needs, and recommend enhancements to improve their use of the regional system.

This committee typically meets on the second Thursday of every month at 1 p.m.
