The O-305 is a five-day (40 hour) course that provides students with a solid foundation of the activities, processes, leadership elements, and the knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSAs) necessary to function within the framework of a Type 3 All-Hazards Incident Management Team (AHIMT) deployed to an incident or planned event. The course is considered fast-paced, highly interactive, and challenging as the students, formed into the Command and General Staff positions on an AHIMT navigate through multiple activities and rapidly expanding incident scenarios.

ICS 300: Intermediate Incident Command System for Expanding Incidents covers incident management strategies for emergency response to all-hazard incidents that involve ICS coordination. The three-day course utilizes scenarios and exercises within a team environment to facilitate participant discussion. The course delivery is a "less paper" delivery and course materials will be emailed to participants in advance of the course to download to your electronic device.
