Paramedic Scholarships

Ruby Mehrer Paramedic Scholarship Fund

The Mid-America Regional Council on Emergency Rescue (MARCER) is composed of professionals in the emergency medical services (EMS) community.  One of its goals is to ensure the highest quality of pre-hospital care in and around the Kansas City region.
