Tai Chi for Arthritis - March 24 to May 19

This program helps people with arthritis or related conditions reduce pain; increase strength, flexibility and balance; prevent falls and improve mobility. Instructors also focus on breathing techniques, and improving physical and mental balance.

Classes meet for one hour two days a week for 16 sessions: Mar. 24 - May 19, 2025
