Aging Events

Offered for adults with type 2 diabetes or pre-diabetes and their families, this course will increase knowledge of healthy food choices and diabetes management through meal planning, discussions and new physical activity choices.

Classes meet for 2 1/2 hours once a week for six weeks: Sep. 30 - Nov. 4, 2025
