This workshop combines Bingo, exercise and/or health education to improve strength, balance and range of motion as well as cognition, nutrition knowledge and social engagement. A fun way to get moving!

Classes meet for 45-60 minutes two days a week for 20 sessions: Jan. 13 - Mar. 20, 2026
