Tai Chi for Arthritis - April 15 to June 5

This program helps people with arthritis or related conditions reduce pain; increase strength, flexibility and balance; prevent falls and improve mobility. Instructors also focus on breathing techniques, and improving physical and mental balance.

Classes meet for one hour two days a week for 16 sessions: Apr. 15 - Jun. 5, 2025

Days: Tuesdays and Thursdays
