Integrated Care

Our health care system faces many changes, including rapid growth of the older adult population. Many health care services have strained capacities, and the need is only going to grow.

Integrated Care is an effort to coordinate all aspects of health care under one system with the goal of keeping people healthier. MARC’s mission is to make health care a collaborative effort between agencies, services and clients — to provide better client experiences and health outcomes. In turn, this creates efficiencies and reduced costs for providers, and lowered costs and greater satisfaction for clients.
