Congressman Emanuel Cleaver II hosted a bus tour of the Bi-State Sustainable Reinvestment Corridor followed by a roundtable discussion at the MARC offices with White House staff Ryan Whalen and David Eichenthal, alongside over 30 local elected officials and representatives.

The roundtable conversation focused on opportunities for federal investments in key regional infrastructure priorities, such as the Bi-State Sustainable Reinvestment Corridor.

The corridor aims to enhance infrastructure, transportation and economic development along 24 miles connecting Independence, Sugar Creek and Kansas City, Missouri, with Kansas City, Kansas.
