Commuters participate in Bike Bus for Grown-Ups event on Oct. 11.

WAY TO GO organizes a second Bike Bus event during the Green Commute Challenge.

On Oct. 11 nearly 15 people participated in the inaugural Bike Bus for Grown-Ups as part of WAY TO GO’s 2024 Green Commute Challenge. Together, the group rode through Waldo, Brookside, the Plaza, Midtown, the Crossroads and downtown Kansas City, Missouri, picking up riders at designated stops along the way.

WAY TO GO is hosting another Bike Bus for Grown-Ups on Friday, Oct. 25 from 7 to 8:30 a.m. This event will include a green commuter stop at Gillham Park with coffee and pastries for all green commuters! The ride is free, but all participants are required to sign a waiver to participate.
