Solid Waste Management District celebrates awardees of 2024 Impact Awards

Congratulations to Flourish Furniture Bank, City of Olathe, Kansas Solid Waste Management and Kanbe's Markets for their work this year, recognized in their 2024 Impact Awards from the MARC Solid Waste Management District last week.

Each organization has gone above and beyond to mitigate landfill waste in the Kansas City region, impacting both sides of the state line and providing exemplary examples for municipal governments, nonprofits and small businesses in the circular economy to follow.
