Share your voice through the Missouri Needs Assessment Survey

If you are an older adult (age 50+), an adult with a disability or an unpaid caregiver (providing care to another adult), please take a few moments to participate!

Randomly selected Missouri households will receive mailed survey invitations over the next few weeks. If you receive an invitation and meet any of the listed criteria, please follow the instructions to share your input.

All Missouri residents who meet the above criteria are encouraged to participate in the statewide survey. 

The State of Missouri is partnering with Polco, a civic engagement and surveying company, to conduct the 2024 Needs Assessment Survey.

Results from this survey will help inform Missouri’s Master Plan on Aging and the development of related policies, initiatives and community programs throughout the state. All responses will be kept confidential and any personal information will be securely stored by Polco.
