Age Positive 2025 attracts aging service provides from across the region

More than 200 aging services providers met on Friday, May 2, at the annual Age Positive conference to hear about innovative approaches to aging programming. 

The conference brought together service providers looking for ways to improve their older adult programming.

Speakers provided updates on “Supporting Older Adults with Creativity and Compassion,” as well as the status of federal and state funding. Workshops provided information on a variety of topics, including talking about travel memories with older adults, caregiving, creative activities, nutritional food access, Medicaid and more. The closing speaker, Nedra Bonds, led the group in a motivational dance party!
