The two-day grant management class is for grant recipient organizations across all disciplines. As such, in this class you'll learn how to manage your federal, state or local government grants in accordance with laws and mandatory compliance guidelines.

Elected officials are in the midst of a challenging time to be in public service. We are so polarized that no matter what you do and what your motivations, you are likely going to feel beat up. In that setting, it can be hard to accomplish the things that motivated you to run for office in the first place. However, there is good news! There are some basic principles you can implement to operate at a higher level and if you do you will become more successful in accomplishing your agenda.

Becoming an Inclusive Leader is a two-day experiential training designed to empower supervisors and managers with essential skills and knowledge in diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB). Participants will immerse themselves in interactive modules, covering crucial topics such as trust-building, navigating challenging communications, understanding generational diversity, and fostering connections within diverse teams.

The grant writing class covers how to write grant proposals start to finish and how to locate and track relevant grant opportunities. Federal, state, local and non-governmental, private sector grants are covered. You'll learn everything you need to know to get started writing grants.

Conflict is an inevitable and often destructive part of workplace interactions. But it doesn't have to be that way.

Everything DiSC® Productive Conflict helps you understand your conflict behaviors—and those of the people you work with—to improve your workplace relationships and results.  A pre-class assessment will also be taken a minimum of two weeks prior to class, to be completed 3-4 days before the class meets.
