What if it is too hot or too cold or raining outside? This course will focus on strategies for incorporating gross motor activities inside your home-based program.

Keeping children safe is the top priority for early childhood teachers. This training will identify common causes of accidents and injuries with infants and toddlers and cover tips to prevent them with a focus on active supervision and available safety resources.

Developing empathy is part of developing prosocial behaviors and social and emotional development. A child’s social and emotional development affects their ability to form and maintain healthy relationships. This training will focus on the importance of developing empathy and prosocial skills and what teachers can do to foster these in their preschool classroom.
