This training will bring to light the importance of positive interactions between providers and the children they care for. Providers will learn how to properly engage with infants and toddlers and what children will gain from those teacher-child interactions.

This training will focus on developmentally appropriate practice to help infants and toddlers begin to foster independence in various areas including self-feeding, toileting and handwashing, dressing independently and helping with daily tasks.
