Purpose

To create a cadre of trained Disaster Case Managers to help meet unmet disaster-related needs of survivors of disasters large and small. 

Target Audience

Professional Case Managers. Volunteer and paid Case Managers and Caseworkers. Volunteers and paid staff of COAD member organizations with interest in recovery. Emergency Management and other agencies with and interest.
