Join us for an interactive virtual tabletop exercise (Operation: Stronghold) focusing on our regional, bi-state community-based organizations and their ability to activate plans, protocols and procedures during an armed violent incident.

Key Concepts:
Threat Identification and Prevention – What plans, policies, protocols and procedures does your organization have to prevent / mitigate a significant workplace violent incident at your facility?
Response (Plan Activation and Individual Response Actions) – Does your emergency plan and staff training address the necessary steps to respond to an armed violent intruder?
Reunification / Recovery – How do you handle reunification of those you serve following a violent incident? What processes and resources do you have in place to assist in recovery?
