Emergency Services Plans

Working with local governments, public safety and emergency service agencies, and committees, MARC coordinates the preparation of a number of regional emergency plans.

Some of these plans are available for download and all plans are available to authorized personnel through the Homeland Security Information Network (HSIN). Certain operational guidelines, policies and specific response plans related to terrorism are exempt from disclosure under Missouri’s Sunshine Law, as described in R.S.Mo. 610.021 (18). Disclosure of these would impair the ability of MARC and its partners to protect the security or safety of persons or real property, and the public interest in nondisclosure outweighs the public interest in disclosure.

For information about plans not linked here, please contact the MARC Public Safety or Emergency Services department at 816-474-4240.
