Tai Chi for Arthritis - October 19 to December 14

This program helps people with arthritis or related conditions reduce pain; increase strength, flexibility and balance; prevent falls and improve mobility. Instructors also focus on breathing techniques, and improving physical and mental balance.

Classes meet for one hour two days a week for 16 sessions: Oct. 19 - Dec. 14, 2026
