Training Description

Children in the classroom have varied needs and abilities and as their teacher you can support them by creating an environment that supports diverse needs and abilities and is inclusive of all children. This training will provide information on the power of a team and strength-based approaches. Participants will also learn about accommodations, modifications and strategies to support all preschool children.

Science is about experiencing, observing and making sense of the world around you. Come discover ways to include science in the preschool classroom and join us as we discover how to turn preschoolers into scientists.

Two Missouri clock hours will be given. There is no cost to attend, but registration is required.

In this training we will discuss the importance of creating connections and the brain science behind it. We will also discuss how this connection improves relationships between provider and children, families and adults. We will discuss how this connection is important in the provider's relationship in professional as well as personal interactions.

This training will explore executive function in preschoolers. Come learn what it is and how teachers can best support the development of executive function skills in the preschool classroom.

One Missouri clock hour will be given. There is no cost to attend, but registration is required.
