Meetings

Regular meetings are scheduled monthly on the third Tuesday of each month from 9:30-11 a.m.

Membership

TTPC’s basic structure is comprised of city and county representatives, transportation agency representatives and non-voting representatives of business, environment and federal government agencies.

The Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) serves as a subcommittee of the TTPC and advises the committee on technical issues related to multimodal surface transportation. This includes highways and roadways, public transit, bicycle and pedestrian travel, and goods movement and freight.

The Kansas and Missouri Programming Committees provide project funding recommendations to the TTPC for federal transportation funds suballocated to counties within the Kansas City Metropolitan Planning Organization. The committees also support program management and assist with monitoring and reporting on the progress of projects funded through these programs, in accordance with federal and state policy.
