Scope of Work
Operation
Green Light (OGL) is a project to improve the coordination of traffic
signals on major routes throughout the Kansas City area, especially those
that cross city limits. This project will help reduce unnecessary “stop
delay,” improve traffic flow and reduce emissions that contribute
to ozone pollution. The Steering Committee and the Technical Advisory
Committee are responsible for the development of this project.
