Scope of Work

 

Operation Green Light (OGL) is a project to improve the coordination of traffic signals on major routes throughout the Kansas City area, especially those that cross city limits. This project will help reduce unnecessary “stop delay,” improve traffic flow and reduce emissions that contribute to ozone pollution. The Steering Committee and the Technical Advisory Committee are responsible for the development of this project.  

 

Meetings and Activities

 

The OGL Technical Advisory Committee meets regularly on the second Monday of each month at 1:30 p.m. The OGL Steering Committee meets regularly on the fourth Monday of each month at 1:30 p.m. Meetings are generally held in the MARC offices, 600 Broadway, Suite 200, Kansas City, Mo. All meetings are listed on the MARC calendar and are open to the public.
