Double Up Food Bucks helps SNAP* participants get more fresh fruits and vegetables.
The Double Up Food Bucks program doubles the value of SNAP dollars spent on locally grown, fresh fruits and vegetables. For every $1 spent on local produce at participating farmers markets and grocery stores in Kansas and Missouri, Double Up food Bucks matches $1 FREE for more fruits and veggies, up to $25 per day.
Double Up Food Bucks is currently available at participating Balls Price Chopper locations, as well as many farmers markets in Kansas and Missouri, with more locations to be added in 2017-18.
