Knobtown Development Plan – The plan will address land use, infrastructure, transportation, housing, urban design, economic development, trails in a comprehensive manner. The plan boundaries are generally, 75th Street on the north • Raytown city limits on the west • Unity Village city limits on the east • Bannister Road on the south.
