MAHS contracts with four delegate agencies and four school district partners for direct services to the children and families.

Delegate Information

The Family Conservancy
  • Serves children and families residing in Clay, Platte and Jackson counties in Missouri.
  • Ages served: Pregnant women and children birth to 5 years old.
  • A variety of program options are available in locations throughout Clay, Platte and Jackson counties:
    • Early childhood centers with full-day and half-day programs.
    • Home visits for pregnant women and children ages zero to 5 years old.
    • Family childcare providers with full-day programs.

Independence School District
  • Serves children and families residing in the Independence School District boundaries.
  • Ages served: Pregnant women and children birth to 5 years old.
  • Programs available: Early childhood centers with full-day and half-day programs in locations throughout Independence.

Kansas City, Missouri School District
  • Serves children and families residing in the Kansas City Public School District boundaries.
  • Ages served: 3 to 5 years old.
  • Programs available: Two early childhood centers with full-day and half-day programs at each location.

YMCA of Greater Kansas City
  • Serves children and families residing in Clay, Platte and Jackson counties in Missouri.
  • Ages served: Children birth to 5 years old.

  • Ages served: Zero to 5 years old.
  • Programs available: Full-day program for infants and toddlers and half-day program for children 3 to 5 years old.
